This panel is created to form a peer review process to qualify and offer endorsement in a field or trade. This panel collectively evaluates each applicant for time in the field, personal philosophy of the field or trade, presentation of accomplishments and recommendations.

 

Time in the field of trade:

 

Novice – Apprentice

20 to 2000 hours

 

Qualified – Journeyman

Level 1: 2,000+ hours

Level 2: 10,000+ hours

 

Expert – Master Trades Person

Level 1: 20,000+ hours

Level 2: 40,000+ hours

Level 3: 80,000+ hours

 

Documentation required: Philosophy of the Field, Accomplishments (resume, CV, portfolio) and Recommendations can be submitted by electronic file or presented in person.

 

Process:

 

Submit a letter of request for Induction to the Panel

            Include mentor application

            Philosophy of your field

            Portfolio of example and accomplishment

            Letter of recommendation or witness

 

Submit a letter of request for Endorsement of a skill or trade level of competency

            Include Portfolio of example and accomplishment

            Letter of recommendation or witness

We as a cooperative panel of skillful beings come together to form a process of verifying individual competency and mastership in a skill, field, trade etc. We seek to form new processes of ability endorsement for the purpose of identifying qualified Mentors. Therefore a process that is understandable and offers a obtainable avenue for consideration of Mastership in a skill.
